  Answer: Yes, all standards part of one same order would be watermarked using one order number.
  
  
• How many times am I allowed to download if I purchase more than 1 standard?
  
  Answer: You can download 3 times independently of the number of copies purchased.

Toppan Leefung Pte. Ltd. shall only replace a defective item when:

a) the item purchased was delivered defective or faulty; and
b) the item to be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.

We recommend that all returned items are to be sent by registered,or recorded post or in person, together with the original Tax Receipt. Please note that refunds will only be paid by cheque in favour to the customer name or company registered at the shopping cart/payment gateway only. It cannot be paid in cash nor can the cheque be issued in a third party name. Toppan Leefung Pte. Ltd. will not replace an item that Toppan determines to have been damaged in transit.

Returning items by post

We recommend that you use an insured or registered mail service or courier when sending items as we are unable to refund for items which are not received. To return an item by post, please note the following:

a) Re-package items and include the original Tax Receipt; and
b) Postage Shop/courier/shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

For return of items that have been sent to an overseas standards body or the original suppier Toppan Leefung Pte.Ltd. will not provide any cash refunds nor allow an exchange of an item purchased for a different product.
