Shopping Guide

Step 1: Customer Registration

Step 1: Customer Registration
   
a)
For new shoppers:
 
 
  From the left navigation menu, click on the link 'Register here'
   
b)
On the user registration page, fill in all the necessary fields and click 'Submit'
   
c)
Once successfully registered on eShop, the user profile webpage will appear on the screen. An email notification will be sent to the user email account.
   

Step 2: Customer Login
 
  Please fill in your 'Login ID' and 'Password' on the eShop Home Page left navigation menu. If you are not a registered customer, go to Customer Registration Page to create an account.
   

Step 3: Add to Cart
 
a)
Example, for Singapore Standards, the types available are Hardcopy, eCopy and CD-Rom. For Package/Series, the types available are Hardcopy and eCopy.
 
b)
Click on 'Add to Cart' to add the item to Cart. If the item is not available, the 'Add to Cart' button will not appear.
   

Step 4: Check Out
 
  To proceed to checkout, click on 'Checkout' button and go to View Shopping Cart Page
   
 

View Shopping Cart:

 
  On the view shopping cart page, the user will be able to revise and update the quantity of the items or remove items.
   
 
  To continue shopping, click 'Continue Shopping' and the user will be redirected back to Singapore Standards page.
   
 
  To remove all items from the shopping cart, click 'Clear Cart' button.
   
 
  a) To change quantities, in the 'item quantity' field, input the new quantity.
  b) Click the 'Remove' checkbox next to the product title to remove the individual item.
  c) Click 'Update Cart' button to update the new changes.
   
 
  Click 'Checkout' button to proceed to make payment.
   

Step 5: Payment
   
  On the 'Shopping Cart Checkout - Order Particulars' section:
  a) double check your product information
  b) complete 'Customer Registration' Form
  c) click the 'Submit' button
   
  On the 'Shopping Cart Checkout - Delivery Charges' section:
  a) complete the 'Delivery Details' and 'Delivery Mode'
  b) click the 'Submit' button
   
  On the 'Shopping Cart Checkout - Order Details' Section:
  a) double check your order details
  b) read 'Terms and Conditions'
  c) 'tick' on the check for for [ I have read and agree to the 'Terms and Conditions' of SPRING eShop. ]
  d) click the 'Order' button
   
  On the 'ePayment Gateway' webpage
  Click the 'Accept' button
   

Step 6: Printing Official Receipt
   
  The system will display 'View Order History' webpage
  Click the 'View' Tax Invoice
  Click the 'File' Menu, select 'Print' to print the 'Official Receipt'
  or Click 'File' Menu, select 'Save As' to save the 'Official Receipt'
   

Step 7: Logout
   
 
   
  Once you've completed the shopping process, click on top navigation bar - 'Logout' link.
