International Standards Purchase Agreement

1. These standards are for your use only and any unauthorised duplication and reproduction of the standards is strictly prohibited.

2. The price quoted is valid for PDF or laser-printed versions.

3. As the National Standards Body (NSB) for Singapore and a member body of ISO and IEC, Enterprise Singapore is authorised to sell ISO and IEC standards in hardcopy and softcopy via online access to the ISO and IEC databases. Please note that hardcopies are laser printed from the online databases of ISO and IEC. As an NSB, Enterprise Singapore has a working relationship with other overseas standards bodies like British Standards Institution, Standards Australia and ASTM International and are therefore able to provide the standards of these overseas standards bodies by virtue of these relationships.

Enterprise Singapore has appointed Toppan Next Pte. Ltd. (“Toppan Leefung”) to manage the sale of standards on its behalf. Please indicate clearly if you wish to purchase the original printed hardcopy from the overseas standards bodies.

4. Please confirm the version you wish to receive when placing your order.

5. Prices are subject to changes without prior notice. Therefore any additional costs incurred will be charged accordingly.

6. The quotation is valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of issue..

7. Advance payment is required for orders of overseas standards. Orders will be placed with the NSBs/overseas supplier only upon receipt of payment and the endorsed order confirmation note.

8. Payment Modes

a) By Cheque: Cheque should be made payable to 'Toppan Next Pte. Ltd.' and sent to:

b) By VISA or MasterCard:
If you are paying for the quotation received from Toppan Next Pte. Ltd., please login to eshop and you can make payment online by Visa or Mastercard.

9. The expected delivery period for hardcopy version is 1-2 weeks upon receipt of your cheque. If you are self-collecting the hardcopy standards from our office, we will inform you by email when the standards are available.

10. Please take note that order cancellation is not allowed once it is confirmed and payment has been made/received by Toppan Next Pte. Ltd.

11. Please note that return of hardcopy standards are only allowed for defective products. There will be no return of softcopy standards.
