Code of practice for drainage of roofs (Replaced by SS 525:2006)
OVERVIEW
Serves as a guide for the design of drainage systems conveying rainwater from roofs to the point of discharge into the surface drain. Deals with the drainage of surface water from roofs and walls and recommends methods of designing gutters, gutter outlets and rainwater pipes. Gives guidance as to the choice of materials in connection with fixing and joining the drainage systems. Also deals with inspection, testing and maintenance.
