Technical Reference for recreational diving
OVERVIEW
Provides the requirements for the use of self-contained underwater breathing apparatus (SCUBA) for recreational diving. Applies to all levels of recreational divers, dive masters, dive instructors, dive service providers and any other agencies that may be involved in a diving session. Also defines the roles and responsibilities at all levels of involvement, requirements in specific diving activities and the standards that have to be attained in ensuring safety in recreational diving.
