Covers versioning of datasets and should be read in totality with TR 33 : 2013 and TR 41 : 2015. Provides a set of guidelines for managing and communicating changes between the data providers (also known as services) and data users (also known as clients) with the goal of providing clarity on the applicability and suitability of dataset.
