OVERVIEW
Describes the filming conditions and procedures of newspaper on 35 mm black and white silver-gelatin type microfilm using planetary cameras.
Provides the requirements for filming small font character based text in black and white with respect to its density setting and resolution. Recommends conditions of bibliographical control. Also recommends the treatment of creases and wrinkles in the preparation of the newspapers for proper microfilming.
