The digital learning content can be deployed in various educational and training frameworks meant for content-driven or process-driven learning. Covers some evaluation criteria. Does not provide detailed instructions on designing or developing digital courseware. Includes the Ministry of Education's (MOE) guidelines on specific ways of developing digital courseware.
