Guidelines for electronic commerce transactions
OVERVIEW
This TR provides guidelines on the key activities surrounding online transactions and encourages the use of certain mechanisms that can help individuals and organisations who are implementing and/or improving their online business. The key activities are as follows:
a) Pre-purchase activities;
b) Purchase activities; and
c) Post-purchase activities.
This TR can be used by organisations of varying scale and business models, as well as individuals planning to start an online business.
Guidance on electronic transactions relating to food e-commerce supply chain and social commerce are excluded from this TR.
