OVERVIEW
This standard specifies requirements for the maintenance of electrical switchgear and controlgear having a rated a.c. voltages above 1 kV and up to and including 36 kV or d.c. voltages above 1.5 kV and up to and including 36 kV.
Users of this standards include building and facility owners or managers, electrical contractors, maintenance service providers, consulting engineers, and organisations responsible for the operation and maintenance of medium-voltage electrical installations, switchgear, and controlgear and relevant government agencies.
