OVERVIEW
Establishes the minimum safety requirements for the system design, installation, testing and inspection, use and maintenance of working platforms suspended by wire ropes and capable of being raised and lowered by mechanical or manual operated winches and climbing devices. Includes permanently suspended scaffolds.
