This is a loose-leaf publication. Amendments containing new and revised sheets are issued periodically. It bears the edition number 1.10. This consolidated version consists of the first edition (1980), its amendments 1 (1986), 2(1987), 3(1990), 4(1992), 5(1993), 6(1994), 7(1995), 8(1995), 9(1997) and 10(1997). Therefore, no need to order amendments in addition to this publication.
