Maintenance regime for the Permanent Way
OVERVIEW
This Singapore Standard covers the maintenance regime and replacement of any Permanent Way asset located underground, at grade and on elevated structures. It does not include the maintenance of power rail (including supports and fixtures), trackside equipment and vehicle gauges.
It applies to any person (“the working party”) who is involved partially or entirely in a contract to build and maintain any Permanent Way asset in a rapid transit system in Singapore.
