OVERVIEW
Specifies the minimum requirements for the filling, inspection, testing and maintenance of transportable seamless metal gas cylinders of 0.5 to 150 litres water capacity. Does not apply to welded cylinders, composite cylinders or dissolved acetylene cylinders.
