OVERVIEW
Specifies requirements for argon gas suitable for use in most welding operations, as an inert atmosphere and as a purge gas. Specifies oxygen, carbon dioxide and other carbon compounds, nitrogen, hydrogen and water contents. Methods of treatment of liquid samples and methods of analysis given in appendices.
