OVERVIEW

Intended for the application and observance of temperature controls in each sector of the cold chain for milk and dairy products. Sets out recommendations and guidelines for the proper management during production, processing, storage, transportation, distribution, at the point of sale and promotes consumers’ awareness in maintaining the cold chain.

Applies to chilled milk and dairy products, fermented and cultured drinks, and frozen dairy products.
