Cocoa butter

OVERVIEW

Applies to cocoa butter used as an ingredient in the manufacture of cocoa butter and chocolate for edible purposes. Cocoa butter shall be categorised as follows: Pressed cocoa butter, expeller cocoa butter and refined cocoa butter.
